Solder strips for new lighting
I was a bit disappointed when I found out that these are strips soldered together. I expected it to be a single strip that I could cut and splice to suit my setup. I found that I had to cut a lot more often than I expected to avoid soldering. I now have about 70 inches left of 6.5 to 13 inch pieces. I tried removing the solder with the iron and copper braid but couldn't get the edge into the wire extension. Lamps work well, but the way they are made creates a lot of waste.
