Review on 🖌️ DecoArt Transparent One Size Varnish by Angela Rodriguez

I have an elevated wooden dog food/water station that needed a refurb and was looking for something waterproof and non-toxic. The last time I used the ModgePodge outdoors, every drop of water my dog dripped turned white. It eventually rose and bubbled up and then broke. I bought it to have it refinished and so far it seems to be holding up much better. It goes much better and the finish is cleaner/smoother. The first few days I had milky spots on the finish when it got wet, but now that it's fully cured I haven't noticed them. I wish I could try this art for the first time.
