good quality, long for my 8 year old.

This knit is as described, good quality, too long for my 8 year old daughter but she still loves it. I actually bought two. Both are made of a different, softer fabric. She prefers the softer mermaid tail blanket and she's taller than her, but she likes this one too. This one has a knit look, the other has a soft, cozy fabric that looks and feels. We are definitely happy with the purchase but for an 8 year old a different, softer version in a smaller size is better.

Pros
