I love this bed for my dogs. Its amazing! Its sturdy not Rickety or hard to put together like other reviews say. Just pop on wheels, pull up all four top corners, then press middle down to floor to lock in place. Easy Peasy! The mattress pads could be a little thicker in my opinion but can be replaced with thicker foam of your chosing that's the only con. Its just like a baby's play pen but a double decker and smaller. This bed is so sturdy and attractive. I also bought some cheap four step stairs to go with it for my Maltese terrriers. My dogs weight 12 and 6 lbs. Its sturdy enough for a dog maybe up to 20 lbs on top and 20 on bottom. Both my fogs like the top bbcause it feels as if they are in bed with me when I pull it up next to my bed. Don't let negative review s persuade you to not try yourself. I am so glad I bought this. 😊
