Review on E.L.F. Makeup Remover Pen Clear, 1 Count by Alex Prince

I was looking for a makeup remover pen to replace the fantastic product I had that was made by Oceane and now impossible to find at a reasonable cost. I've used e.l.f. products before and thought I'd give it a go. I can't tell you about the quality of the product bc this one had obviously been sitting on a warehouse shelf for a very long time . I opened it, tested it on a mascara smudge and discovered it was completely dried up. So now I'm using it with a bottle of makeup remover, by dipping it into the bottle to remoisten it. Not ideal. I could be doing the same thing with the pointed cotton swabs I already had. A waste of money.
