The ease of implementation was one thing that I liked about this system as it had been designed in such way so all our needs could be met at once without any difficulty or confusion whatsoever! It's user friendly interface has made things easier than expected with its smart features which make us more productive by reducing manual efforts required while performing day2day operations thereby increasing productivity rate & efficiency level further!! Nothing much really but overall i must say everything seems great just like their marketing campaigns stated "The most powerful restaurant management software" - thats exactly what we received when ever they implemented themselves into my organization :) I like that it was easy to set up in our restaurant.

It looks modern and professional with all of the features we needed when running an upscale dining establishment. There aren't any downsides as far as I can tell! The software does exactly what you need it to do very well. We've been able to improve customer service by being more efficient at keeping track of inventory and making sure orders are correct and placed correctly.
