Great System for Running Restaurant Business

The support team has been very helpful in answering questions I have had since we started using it! They take their time with you if needed and work through your issues/concerns until they get them resolved or understand what exactly needs help (or clarification). Nothing so far that would make me dislike this system as of yet but there isn't anything specific either. Most promising technology for Restaurant Management Software

The ease of implementation was one thing that I liked about this system as it had been designed in such way so all our needs could be met at once without any difficulty or confusion whatsoever! It's user friendly interface has made things easier than expected with its smart features which make us more productive by reducing manual efforts required while performing day2day operations thereby increasing productivity rate & efficiency level further!! Nothing much really but overall i must say…

  • Very good solution if used properly within restaurants industry ! Easy integration capabilities alongwith complete freedom from complicated back end work makes me think why would anyone choose other platforms over here?! Great support provided also helps keep customers updated regarding ongoing developments.

Very happy and satisfied users for many years now

We have been using this product since 2013 when it was called EasyPOS before that we used Softway which had some issues with our client support team not being able to solve problems quickly enough so they left us because of their lack of responsiveness. The new version has greatly improved customer service as well as functionality allowing customization without needing an expert developer like you did in previous versions. It also integrates very nicely into other software such as Sage 50 ERP

  • Allows for seamless integration across many platforms
  • Very intuitive interface, no need experience programming knowledge at least initially.
  • Greatly simplified reporting capabilities especially if your business is complex due high number transactions per day etc
  • Ease of Use / Customizability
Cons
  • Somewhat limited user management access rights.
  • Lackluster API documentation
