We have been using this product since 2013 when it was called EasyPOS before that we used Softway which had some issues with our client support team not being able to solve problems quickly enough so they left us because of their lack of responsiveness.
The new version has greatly improved customer service as well as functionality allowing customization without needing an expert developer like you did in previous versions. It also integrates very nicely into other software such as Sage 50 ERP or any 3rd party accounting system (like Xero) making life easier than ever having everything under one roof! No dislikes but I do wish there were more options available to customize features instead of just picking what's included out of the box.
