Cast Iron Game Changer
This thing is great for cast iron. I was struggling to apply good layers of spice to an old pan that I had to fully clean and reseason. It's not fully non-stick yet so I had to rub too hard after each use and didn't really have good layers of the seasoning. 1 step forward, 2 steps back. This chain mail does a great job of removing stuck food but leaves the spices untouched. I use it dry and sometimes with salt. I finally see an improvement in non-stick properties! Hooray! The game is changing for me!
