I usually don't write reviews for many products because there isn't much to say! I have a living room rug that my Yorkie ruined while potty training. I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the urine smell. I used No Go, a miracle of nature, a little bit of carpet cleaner, Arm & Hammer carpet powder and a few other things. I also just cleaned the 'Stanley steamer' and when we got the carpet back it still stunk! I was about to throw this rug away until I found this miracle product. I bought a separate black light and was appalled at all the urine stains and I EVEN UNDERSTOOD and sure enough it was pee. I used PBATH first and let it sit for about 30 minutes. I then soaked up the excess moisture and used the fragrance solution. I just poured it on all points. I didn't have enough to finish the rug when I got to the other side. I went to check it out in the morning and the first thing that struck me as I approached the area was the lack of smell. It usually smells like urine when I go there, but not today! So I went to what I knew was urine and sniffed it and it didn't smell like urine! smelled like detergent! Do not mix cleaning agents with urine! I was in shock. I don't even sit in the living room because I can't stand the smell and mind you these are summery spots, she's two years old now and fully trained on her potty. I have already started recommending this product to my family and friends who have dogs. I just got back and bought a gallon so I can finish the rest of the rug. But if I can get the smell out before I'm even done, I can't wait for it to really dissipate!
