Review on Astral Loyak Barefoot Men's Outdoor Travel Shoes - Enhanced for SEO by Chad Blanchet

Conforms closely to the midsole

I like the green option, next time I'll probably go for black, I wear a size 9.5-10M in vans and I went for the size 10 option, there's a little wiggle room of a few millimeters and I can comfortably wear thick woolen socks. Excellent grip with the boot rubber (below). I wear them every day and they hold up great. I recommend cleaning them as soon as possible if they get stained and letting them dry in the sun or air before throwing them in the dryer for an hour. Don't forget to take out the insoles, they have a good pattern. I wish they fit a few more millimeters in the toe area. But a slight improvement over Nike's Vans/Converses/SB with their awfully thin toe box design like so many other popular brands. I skated as a kid so flat shoes are the way to go to get the leg muscles working to have the correct 3 contact points on the soles. My left foot in particular "pops" noticeably more since switching to these shoes. Good for lake or ocean/boardwalks.

Pros
  • Need a great shoe one size up, it's a little tight otherwise I like it
Cons
  • Inconvenient to wear for a long time and difficult to put in the shoe because the hole is inflexible.
