The slot piece you slide it in to use as a stand is completely peeling off. Since about a year or less the IPad will sink down while in stand mode not staying firm in place. It is fraying and peeling all over the front and back as well as on some of the edges. That said I do carry it around everywhere but take good care of it and have never dropped it or misused it. As it has been 2 years of use and added their guarantee that its built to last I will change my rating from a 4 to a 3. It would be a lower score but it has gotten a lot of use and since the price isn’t too bad but definitely higher than most I will leave it at a 3 but not recommend to someone looking for a longer lasting case for the money.
