Perfect size, quality bacon maker with a small defect

The size and design of this bacon maker is wonderful. it holds about 2.5 cups of lube. Doesn't take up much space on the table or in the fridge. Old fashioned lettering on white enamel gives a "rustic" touch of antiquity. A small design flaw (at least with the container I received): the handle on the lid is very small in diameter and height. The enamel on the handle is so thick that it is impossible to get your fingers under the handle to lift the lid. You need to lift the lid by grabbing the sides of the lid. Not a big deal but that's why I didn't give this container 5 stars.
