Helps with headaches, clear blue cast

I did a lot of research before deciding on these blue light blocking glasses and really struggled to find credible reviews. Hope this helps someone. These were my first blue light blocking glasses so I didn't know what to expect. I look at computer screens 10+ hours a day and get a lot of headaches so I decided to give it a try. I definitely think it helps - my headaches have decreased in frequency and intensity. For me that is huge. The reason for the 4 star rating is the striking blue cast. I wear them at home, but for that reason I don't usually wear them to the office. All in all, these are great glasses for those who suffer from computer-related headaches.

Pros

Note. Before choosing the right pair of glasses, it is a good idea to consult an optician for an accurate pairing recommendation. Otherwise, too much or too little magnification will cause blurred vision or dizziness. Please choose carefully. The vision of people over 40 changes every year, which requires the buyer's attention. It takes a week for people who wear varifocals for the first time to get used to them.
