It worked great, not super easy, read the tip in the comments first!

It would cost us $140 for someone else to do it, so I figured we'd at least try. My husband used this kit to fix our broken iPad 4 screen. It wasn't easy and he took some advice from the commenters (be careful with the home button) but now it's working great. One piece of advice he was willing to give was if the touchscreen isn't working, keep moving the tape because he didn't get it at first. Hope this helps someone!
