Exactly what I need but no longer force us to download your branded app to use your products.
Works great. I've previously mapped my favorite Spotify stations to a button above, and turning on music is just as easy with a single tap. , it automatically searches and connects to my phone. I can just turn on the podcast that way. I use it as a standalone device and don't want to be forced to fill my house with speakers of the same brand for it to work properly (I'm looking at you Sonos). You need to download the Bose SoundTouch app for this to work. I don't use it to control my speaker but I need it to set it up.
