. at the Marriott Residence Inn and how I like to cook

I ordered this knife because I've been living at the Marriott Residence Inn for over 8 months and because I love to cook I'm starting to go crazy over the crap they supply as knives. I also ordered the 180mm blade version and have been using both for a while. I really like the design and quality. Of course there are better knives on the market, but they are more expensive. I was still able to slice a tomato by simply pulling the knife with two fingers after >6 weeks of use with veggies and some meat. For me it is excellent value for money. I just sharpened it on a water stone on my return home and it only took a couple of pulls before it was razor sharp in both directions again. I recommend this knife. For the money you pay you get a good knife that will satisfy any home cook. Just remember to sharpen it with the right hand on stones at an angle of 15°-17°.
