Review on Dell Latitude E6420 Laptop: HDMI, i5 2.5ghz, 4GB DDR3, 320GB, DVD, Windows 10 64bit (Renewed) by James Oconnor

The laptop worked as expected for about three months with no major issues. After about 3 1/2 months the battery gave a fatal error and refused to charge. I have contacted the seller and he has not responded other than his automatic response that "Your message has been assigned to me and I consider it a high priority. I'll get back to you very soon." I ended up buying a separate battery and the replacement battery had the same fatal error, meaning it must be hardware related. I don't expect anything else in the future to buy from them.With this type of service I would not recommend any product or seller based on a response.
