Dell Latitude E6420 Laptop: HDMI, i5 2.5ghz, 4GB DDR3, 320GB, DVD, Windows 10 64bit (Renewed) Review

Great find! My tech-savvy son chose it for me when I needed a new laptop. I didn't want to buy a refurbished computer, but he convinced me that even if it were new, I could never afford a computer this fast and of such quality. Well he was right. It's a great little computer, super fast, super sharp graphics and easy to navigate. My daughter has used mine and is about to buy one for herself because of the speed and ease of use. You won't be disappointed with this fabulous little laptop!

NOT PURCHASED WITHOUT OS, CHARGING WAS INFORMED THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM. We didn't bother with the charging cable but it doesn't work and we're not paying extra for something we paid for when we bought it. There is no activation key for windows 10 so it doesn't work and now we have to go through the return/refund process. I didn't mind the renovation, but the certification means something, I thought. Buyer warning!

Medical customer (traveling nurse) ordered replacement for a faulty Win 7 system; It required a learning curve but is easy to do with a Win 10 operating system. There is enough memory and the processor is fast enough to handle many "open" programs at the same time. the customer has a family in Germany and the processor allows using Skype almost without problems with a very "nice" looking profile; Overall a very GOOD computer for business or personal use. I am very satisfied with this laptop. It was definitely worth the money. I have big hands and typing is very easy. Perfect size to take to school etc. Update. I just noticed that the laptop does not have a webcam as stated in the description. I don't need it so it's not a big problem. I wanted to leave an update for those who need it.

Firstly, the seller's response was quick when I had questions, although not a single question was answered correctly, as well as a description of the components inside the E6420 model was of course not correct, these are used computers. I chose this computer because I use the CAC card daily, upgraded to an SSD and 8GB RAM, reinstalled W10 and made a partition for Win XP. The computer works perfectly! I took a risk but didn't justify myself. I'm so glad I can return it. It turned on, appeared to be in satisfactory condition, and the mouse worked reasonably well, but that's where the good ends. Many keys used by the left hand entered the same letter two or three times each time the key was pressed. The rooms didn't work at all. Backspace didn't work either. The laptop worked as expected for about three months with no major issues. After about 3 1/2 months the battery gave a fatal error and refused to charge. I have contacted the seller and he has not responded other than his automatic response that "Your message has been assigned to me and I consider it a high priority. I'll get back to you very soon." I ended up buying a separate battery and the replacement battery had the same fatal error, meaning it must be hardware related. I don't expect…

I received a different model than ordered. No power cord. An aftermarket battery that protrudes about an inch from the rear! It was a Christmas present for my daughter! It was the only thing she asked for. Was so disappointed with the laptop and Blazing Prices services!
