Medical customer (traveling nurse) ordered replacement for a faulty Win 7 system; It required a learning curve but is easy to do with a Win 10 operating system. There is enough memory and the processor is fast enough to handle many "open" programs at the same time. the customer has a family in Germany and the processor allows using Skype almost without problems with a very "nice" looking profile; Overall a very GOOD computer for business or personal use. Additional note: Frequently ordered remanufactured products with a satisfaction rate of 9 out of 10.
