NOT PURCHASED WITHOUT OS, CHARGING WAS INFORMED THAT THIS IS NOT THE FIRST PROBLEM. We didn't bother with the charging cable but it doesn't work and we're not paying extra for something we paid for when we bought it. There is no activation key for windows 10 so it doesn't work and now we have to go through the return/refund process. I didn't mind the renovation, but the certification means something, I thought. Buyer warning!
