Hard, very, very hard.

I didn't bother with the "they are too heavy" reviews initially because I have a couple of my grannies and they are quite heavy. But damn these. They are really very heavy. They don't even open fully. They cut, but only into a small part that you can open. You need gorilla hands to open them fully. They're not badly made. It's just very difficult to use. And I'm used to pretty heavy ones.

APPLICATIONS: Cutting layered fabrics, leather, vinyl, denim, plastic and other heavy materials.
