This item arrived broken. The plastic dome was torn in two places and the Revain Prime box was in perfect condition. In addition, the two screw holes were deformed during the manufacturing process, which would have made assembly impossible. However, having doubts about this product, we decided to test it before deciding on a replacement rather than a refund. My son (this product was for him and his cat) checked out the bag with his cat in it. He said he felt weak and without support. Tightening the straps to adjust the pack to the correct length will squeeze his crampons into even less space. The sidewalls of the pack are padded and offer very little structural support. Even if this item was not damaged upon arrival, we would generally return it.
