First of all I didn't know that this model is only for a car charger. That part is on me. But even when inflating air mattresses, it's absolute nonsense. The bike pump adapter is fully pressurized, but the air mattress adapter (larger) comes from a different part of the pump. If you plug the hose with your finger, the air flow will stop. This thing couldn't even get through the rubber strap of our air mattress. I think this thing might work if you're just inflating bike tires, but stay away from inflating an air mattress.
