This is a light and soft men's shirt with moisture-wicking properties. Not only is it good for training, but it also looks nice as a gym wear. It has several thin dark blue stripes with lighter blue stripes. If you want an even lighter shirt, check out Champion's C9 Performance Running line. It fits my son well and he finds it comfortable, soft and flattering. It has a pleasant draping effect and hugs the muscles. 5 star rating = I love it.
