These pillows are just what I was looking for. I wanted a contoured pillow on the softer side and this is it. It still offers support but is much softer than most memory foams, which is good for me as I get migraines and neck pain if I don't use a dedicated pillow. I also bought a slightly firmer contoured memory foam pillow, which I also use sometimes when I feel like I need extra support, but it's firmer and I don't choose a pillow like this. If you want something solid, stay away from it. If you like soft pillows then two quality pillows at this price is a great buy and you get the contouring function I need now or else I wake up with a headache or neck pain.
