I paid $27,000 for the phone in January, and during the first six months they fixed it twice under warranty. However, after three breaks, the image vanished three times, and they claimed that the damage caused by moisture was not covered by the warranty, estimating that the repair would cost $3222. I contacted Samsung, who offered a 20% discount on a new phone. I had read about the A72, which has people with wheezing speakers, but they have been sent away, so I won't be getting in touch with them.
