The ring breaks easily

The ring on the back is made very cheaply, it looks like it will break every time you move/adjust it. The silicone lid feels secure but adds volume. My daughter complained about the plastic smell. It comes with a thin, ultra-thin plastic bezel that flexes and practically breaks when I take it out. I ended up using it without the plastic frame, but then the case dangled a bit. Needless to say, this item has been returned.
