The bristles are too soft
I actually brought this as a mini hair brush for trimming but the bristles are too soft and I can't say it would be ok even if I used it to clean it would use scissors. The bristles are too soft. It may be okay to brush a one-year-old's hair, but not like a mini-comb or clippers.
