I like the training and the ability to do the training on my own schedule. It's very helpful to be able to do the training on my own time. I don't like that it takes a long time to receive the training. It can take up to a month to receive the training. I also don't like that I cannot do the training more than once. Also, I have to wait for the training to be completed before I can do the training again. I have a lot of employees that I need to train on my company's products. This is very helpful to train them on their own time. I am able to train them on my own schedule. This is very helpful to train them on my own time. I like how easy it was for employees at my organization - both new hires as well established ones! The customer service from their support team has been outstanding, always willing & able with any questions or concerns we had during our onboarding process (or afterwards!). It's helped us train all of our staff so they can help customers who are having problems using certain features within Salesforce which have not yet become available elsewhere but will be soon enough!!
