This soothing cream is fundamentally fragrance-free, non-greasy and not tested on animals. dry. I'm not sure how a topical cream whose main ingredients are water and various dimethicone flavors (which don't penetrate the skin but stay on top and make it smooth) can improve collagen structure, but on the other hand I am cynical about most exaggerated claims. The cream really softens the very rough skin on my elbows. I tend to lean on them a lot and they don't like bullying. I would also like to point out that the "before" and "after" photos of the hands are deceptive as the photos were taken in different lighting conditions. When I lightened the hands in the top photo with the photo editor, they looked exactly like the hands in the bottom photo. No wonder, since silicone cream does not repair discolorations, eliminate protruding veins or even make them less noticeable. Not a bad option, but there are similar or better products for half the price.
