This program really helps me identify any issues which could arise out of my PC security as well as giving solutions. The ease with which you can go ahead using this product without problems I find it difficult to be able to express how useful it is! It really helps me secure my computer system which makes me feel safe within my home environment. We are also solving our concerns regarding the safety of our data stored online from hackers attacks as this software does help detect these threats. It was my first assignment working with CTIIR, the team is great to work with, always available and very helpful. The system can be a little confusing and not easy to navigate. The customer service is also sometimes lacking. We are taking away some of our risk by being able to easily access all of relevant information related to an incident.
