Review on Enhance Water Filtration with Aquaboon 4 PACK Micron Coconut Cartridge by Teo Alston

I use these filters throughout my home filtration system and under the gooseneck faucet in the kitchen. The gooseneck filter is just an extra guarantee that my coffee and drinking water are always as good as possible. There is not as much soot particles when changing the cartridge of this brand that other filters seem to leave behind. There doesn't appear to be a specified flush time for these filters, but due to the low level of residual carbon dust, I've reduced the flush process to a few gallons. It seemed adequate after testing for purity and flavor. Some brand filters require a 40 minute flush, I don't think I can run 80 gallons of water down my gooseneck. What else can you say? Each cartridge in my entire home system lasts several months. The gooseneck filter lasts much longer since it is secondary. With these filters, well water tastes good and is odorless. Another note: This filter is not recommended for use as a whole house filter and has a 1 GPM capacity. This is definitely a super conservative assessment. The flow rate will of course depend on the pressure in the pipeline and other factors. Compressed at 60psi, this filter will definitely fit my entire home filtration system and in actual testing it will run over a 5 gallon bucket in 1 minute. I found this to be more than enough for my 3 bathroom house. The indicator I use to determine when a filter needs changing is the pressure drop when using a different water. Of course, this means that the 5 micron filter becomes restrictive.
