Travel Recommendation - 4.5 Stars

I usually use the Pecute expandable backpack for my cat Luna so I was glad to hear there was a trolley version. This backpack does not disappoint. It's durable, has three entrances (both sides and front) and has an extra cushion on the back for when you need to stow your bag on the plane. The interior seems a bit smaller, but Luna is a small cat, so she has plenty of room to sit, turn, and lie down. The backpack can be used with or without wheels. It attaches with Velcro and the handle goes through the compartment on the back of the backpack. It rolls smoothly and feels secure. This is a quality backpack and I would recommend it for travel. However, there are a few things that I think could be improved. First, the wheels are heavy. They weigh almost the same as a backpack. If you mainly want to use the scrolling function, this shouldn't be a problem. However, if you intend to use it primarily as a backpack, you should consider the weight. Extra pounds on top of your pet's weight can seem like a lot. The second area for improvement is the price. Although the price is reasonable, this backpack is almost double the price of a regular Pecute backpack. That means you pay almost like a backpack for a wheelset. This convenience can be useful to you. However, if you plan on carrying your pack on your back most of the time, it might not be worth the extra effort. I love the backpack and will most likely use it to carry my cat when we fly. It's also a sturdy backpack with no wheels, so I'm sure I'll use it that way too. However, I would probably only use the bike function at the airport. I recommend the regular Pecute backpack and the expandable Pecute backpack for everyday adventures. Overall I give this product 4.5 stars.
