Not worth it on massagers
I bought these hoping they would be flat enough to tuck my calves under my pants at work when my legs started to hurt. The edges feel sharp when in place and you can't control the pressure, so the sore spots can be very painful. When they come off I feel like the groove on the rim of the mug is really deep compared to other mugs I use. I would have sent them back but unfortunately I threw away the packaging!
