a 13 year old Subaru Outback with 75,000 miles with misfires and they differ from the factory models but I don't see any noticeable difference in performance. my misfires are gone, the mpg is where it was, so do your job. I will say as a shade tree mechanic that the gaps (all 4) were wrong for my application and certainly mismatched. I used some anti-seize on each one no matter what ngk does from the factory just to be on the safe side. The driver's side in the Outback is limited by ground clearance, but I got the job done with a standard 14mm deep well, pivot and extensions. A dedicated 14mm magnetized spark plug wrench would have been a good tool, but I managed without.
