I really wanted to like this running belt. But. The extra loop when tightening the strap tabs dangles and rubs against my hand in a very annoying and uncomfortable way. I think I can clip it to my belt so it doesn't rub - haven't tried it yet. - If you have your phone in your pocket and the sun shines on it, there will be a greenhouse effect and your phone will overheat and turn off. - It bounces a bit (though not as much as others I've tried). You just have to make sure that the strap is in the right place, otherwise it will start to lift off. It can be tricky to get right - too tight and you can't breathe too freely and it's everywhere. Pros - It saved my phone when it started raining during my run. - It's great for trail walking. - The water bottle stays secure while running and I haven't had any issues with it (I hand wash it). - The fabric is breathable and comfortable
