I keep them handy in my purse and even next to the bed. When I wake up and just can't get back to sleep because of dry mouth I put one down and chew for a while and (yes I admit I put it in a plastic container and used it in the morning - works too well to throw away after only a few chews. ) I fall asleep again. It's a must for me when I'm with people, it's like I don't have gum, my mouth starts to stick together when I speak, and my friends notice that my mouth is dry. This is salvation for me.
