I've been using this Happy HINEY Calendula diaper rash ointment for 3 months for my 10th baby. It saved my baby's butt by getting 8 teeth, a rotavirus regimen, a course of antibiotics with accompanying diarrhea, and introducing solid foods while exclusively breastfeeding. Anytime his butt looked a little red, I would just apply a little of this ointment and the redness would go away or not get any worse with the next diaper change. Small things have a big impact. I still have 1/3 of the can left. I love that this is an all natural product made in the USA by a small company. I highly recommend this product!
