We bought a table warmer in October 2017 and have been VERY happy with it. The heat is very warm and my patients love it. I just wasn't happy that there wasn't an auto shutoff feature, so I made sure to toggle it on and off. Today, 14 months later, he refused to turn on. Went to other outlets but nothing happened. He's dead. Now I have to buy a new table warmer, but I won't buy the same one lest he die so quickly. All others that I have bought from various shops in the past (Sears, Penneys, etc.) did not heat up on the HI setting either. However, they all lasted much longer than 14 months. Very disappointing. I called the company this morning and the customer service rep listened to my issue and said they would send me a replacement in a few weeks if they were in stock. free for me because the warranty period ended very shortly before my table warmer stopped working. This is how you stay satisfied customers!
