Pockets interfere with the seat belts on the back seat a bit. But since my husband and I are traveling in a jeep, that didn't bother us. The bags look good and hold an incredible amount of stuff. Installation wasn't difficult. Gives the truck bed a "clean" look. So glad I bought them!
