Overall it’s good, the fabric is thick for the gym or to use it as a casual top you can layer up or as is; it’s versatile. The more I wear it though the more I realize this caters to shorter torsos. I’m 5’7, got a medium and the straps dig into my shoulders that leaves pretty wicked marks on me. It’s a nice top and the padding is excellent but as a tall person the straps are too tight I guess.
