Disappointing Noise Makers - Waste of Money

According to my experience, these sensors are a complete waste of money. The alarms are so loud and obnoxious that they give me headaches, but worse, they're completely unreliable - they've gone off at random times without any signs of danger in the house. I expected better from a top-rated product in the Safety & Security category of Tools and Home Improvement. The only advantage is that they're easy to install.
