I bought this for the owner of the CrossFit gym I go to. He had wanted this for a long time and waited for him for his birthday, but he didn't wait. For Christmas I thought the perfect gift. We use this item almost every day while warming up. It's a lot of fun and personally my footwork is already faster. I would definitely buy this product for my own home use or to take to the park. A couple of things that didn't leave me entirely happy was that the color isn't as pictured on the red and black, it was a neon green color for the stair step and black. In addition, if you do not know how to use the ladder, it must be fixed in the ground with stakes. We often use it in the gym with rubber floors which makes it impossible for people who are not so good to travel and we have to reconfigure the stairs.
