Ordered on December 31st and received on January 2nd. I wanted to test it with the hard wax that comes with the kit. Connected, filled with balls of wax. Selected the solid button and pressed the start button. The start button was hard to press, but I finally found it. Melt it, checked a wrist and found it too hot. I wanted to turn the temperature down and this button didn't work. So I pushed other buttons and none of them worked. This model does not have an on/off button and the manual mentions a model with an on/off handle. So the only thing left is to disconnect and reconnect. I did exactly that, now only the solid button and temperature increase buttons work. None of the other buttons worked. The website that comes with the instruction manual doesn't either. So I contacted Revain for a refund.
