Incredibly professional packaging, packaged very neatly and a very decent amount of wax. I will leave more information as soon as I try. But so far I'm very satisfied and see no reason not to give it 5 stars. very good product. Also, the pot is bigger than it appears online, so that's a good thing!

My girlfriend is a beautician and she suggested it to me. I only received it today so will come back and update my review once I use it. It arrived quickly which I like and everything is mentioned. The other two packets of hardwax beans are in the heating pad itself, so nothing is missing, although it doesn't show in the photo. I look forward to using it!

I loved this product BUT the product does not sell as described. The product photo and product description states that the package contains 5 packs of Wax Beans, however I only received 3. The product packaging itself states that the package contains a 14-ounce packet of Hard Wax Beans. HOWEVER I only received 3 packs of 3.5oz each. Ordered on December 31st and received on January 2nd. I wanted to test it with the hard wax that comes with the kit. Connected, filled with balls of wax. Selected the solid button and pressed the start button. The start button was hard to press, but I finally found it. Melt it, checked a wrist and found it too hot. First, the beep is too loud. Drives my dogs crazy. You should omit this feature as a visual aid to increase or decrease digital numbers is enough. Additionally, the keys are touch-sensitive, meaning they have a flat surface, not an actual key. The wax generally heats up decently, if the lid is removed a bit during use the wax inside will start to harden to counteract this.
