I used this occasionally with my 18 months. old granddaughter. Travelling, walking etc. This gives her the freedom to explore and gives me peace of mind that she cannot run away and get into danger. I've had one for over 30 years. back (actually I think it was that brand but it didn't have velcro and the buckles were metal) for one of my kids when they were growing up and it really helped. So far she likes it very much. And there's plenty of room to rearrange as it gets bigger. I started with the "Fu-Fu" backpack, which to be honest didn't convince me. I have a feeling they are bulky and the animal broke the strap. If you use it, be honest with yourself and call it what it is. Seat belt for children.
