Perfect fit for my wrist and device! I measured my wrist at 170mm and ordered medium. The packaging says the average strap is 160mm. It fits perfectly. If I want it to be narrower for closer reading, I just have to move it a little. Otherwise it sits in the perfect spot without feeling right or loose! I have a Mi Band 6 and the device snaps into place with no problems and doesn't move. Very satisfied. UPDATE: Not very happy. I've been wearing the bracelet almost continuously since I received it and it has become a bit loose. If I had known that, I would have downsized. It used to be a finger's breadth from my wrist bone, but if I want it to stay still I have to slide it two finger's breadth. I have to look for something else. 😓
