It was a brand new cartridge. Third page of a 5-page print job. I messaged the seller and they offered to replace the cartridges but it took about 14 days. Instead they offered a full refund. I have decided to send it back. So maybe I got a bad batch? Who knows? Out of the blue the seller not only refunded me for the 2 faulty cartridges but to my surprise sent me a replacement which works great. So recommend them especially for their very attentive service.
