Does not close with Velcro!

I bought this for my 3 year old for Christmas. According to the description, it has a velcro closure. It has a hook and eye closure which is not only difficult to close but also fits my child's neck quite snugly. I wanted velcro for security reasons. That made me very unhappy.

Pros

Soft quality fabric. Nobody likes to put on an uncomfortable suit! This light blue cape with white faux fur trim has a soft, velvety outer layer and a satin lining with no spiky seams or edges.
